Bahan-bahan :
sepeket penne pasta (leh gak guna fettuccine pasta or lain2 pasta yang anda suker..)
3 tin carbonara mushroom sos
fresh milk
3 batang sosej (rebus dan potong slice)
Cara membuat :
1. memula sekali kene lar rebus dulu penne pasta hingga masak (kira-kira 15 min.. saya suka campurkan sedikit garam & minyak dalam air rebusan)..
2. panaskan carbonara mushroom soup.. kacau-kacau sket..
3. untuk cairkan sikit kuah carbonara tu, masukkan fresh milk.. agak2 lah yer.. then saya masukkan sedikit daun origano tu.. saja nak bagi berperisa sket.. kebetulan stok pun ada.. belasah jer..
4. masukkan sliced sosej.. kacau..
5. then, masukkan penne pasta dan kacau sebati.. eloknya ada kuah sket baru sedap..
6. tutup api, hidangkan.. sedia untuk dimakan..
7. nak tambah lagi, letak larr cheese parut dalam pasta yang masih panas..

PASTA WITH CARBONARA SAUCE | |
4 eggs 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. cream 1 lb. fettucini or spaghetti 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, cut in thin strips 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley Pepper to taste Egg, butter and cream must be room temperature. Beat together eggs and cream until blended. Cook pasta 10 to 12 minutes in boiling, salted water. Drain well. Turn pasta back into pot it was cooked in. Toss pasta with butter and pepperoni. Pour egg mixture over and toss. Add cheese and parsley; toss to mix. Makes 4 to 5 servings. |
pasta ada kat umah. tp yg lain2 semua xde...hahaha... tu alsn maleh nak masak.
